The firm has 11 partners and over 230 staff. Ormerod Rutter is a full-service firm which was established over 35 years ago. In addition to providing auditing and accounting services, the firm has an expert tax team with extensive knowledge of UK and international tax law and can also offer specialist advice on personal and corporate tax as well as wealth planning and protection. Ormerod Rutter provides additional services such as corporate finance, corporate structuring advice, IT software support, company secretarial, VAT and help with research & development tax credits.
Ormerod Rutter has in excess of 6,000 clients across the UK, many of whom trade in international markets. Over the last two years, the firm has had the opportunity of working closely with a number of Morison KSi firms and has found their support invaluable.
