The company will use the proceeds to bolster its market footprint in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
The business also plans to expand across wider Europe and launch into the US.
Ravical CEO Joris Van Der Gucht said: “AI is changing what clients expect from their accountants, and firms are becoming more proactive and strategic than ever before.
“Our role is to help them get there. Every firm will use AI, so the real question is who controls it. When every employee uses their own assistant in their own way, the individual gets better, but the firm doesn’t.
“We turn how a firm’s best people work into a shared way of working that AI carries out across every client.
“Firm leadership sees every opportunity and risk across the client base, so the firm wins more work from the clients it already has.”
Ravical, based in Ghent and London, was founded in 2025 by Joris Van Der Gucht, co-founder of cloud accounting platform Silverfin, and AI specialists Ken Bastiaensen and Benjamin Vandermarliere.
The business has raised $25m to date.
MMC Ventures general partner Mina Samaan said: “More than 100 firms are already on the platform, which is the clearest sign yet that the profession is starting to change.
“We feel very fortunate to have found Joris, Ken and Benjamin, and we’re delighted to be backing them as they continue to expand into new markets.”
