Florida-based Fastrics assists corporate clients review cyber and technology risks, update operations through advanced analytics, and automate compliance processes.

It specialises in Workiva deployments and connected reporting systems spanning corporate governance, risk management, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Fastrics managing partner Corey Sherman said: “We are excited to join KNAV and become part of a firm that shares our commitment to innovation, excellence, and client service.

“By combining our digital transformation, data analytics, cybersecurity, and technology risk expertise with KNAV’s advisory, risk, accounting, tax, and compliance capabilities, we can deliver greater value to clients as they respond to changing business and regulatory requirements.”

The transaction adds 28 US-based professionals to KNAV.

KNAV will combine Fastrics’ Workiva expertise with its risk advisory unit and its GRC Hub, an integrated framework used to oversee governance, risk, and regulatory mandates.

The deal also aligns with KNAV’s broader automation plans, which include continued funding for KNAV TARA, its proprietary AI system.

KNAV Advisory CEO Nishta Sharma said: “This acquisition is an important step in KNAV’s evolution as a technology-enabled professional services firm.

“Fastrics brings exceptional talent and complementary capabilities that strengthen our ability to help clients improve reporting, manage risk, streamline processes, and make better use of technology.”

KNAV operates in the US, the UK, India, Singapore, the Netherlands, the UAE, Canada, and Australia, serving mid-market and multinational businesses.

In August this year, KNAV appointed Reuben Fevrier as a corporate tax partner at its London office in the UK.
