PwC names new business recovery principal

Curtis McClam has been appointed PwC
US business recovery services principal.

Prior to joining PwC, McClam was a principal
in Deloitte’s restructuring practice and held the post of managing
director in the corporate finance practice at Arthur
Andersen. 

McClam has experience in sale transactions
under US bankruptcy code, viability analyses, business plan
assessments, evaluation of exit strategies and assistance with
negotiations. 

McClam’s experience is important in a fast
changing economic environment where swift reactions are required,
PwC said.
