The Company was Established in Italy in 2014 by the three partners. The Company besides the Italian office, has offices in Romania.

The three partners has been working in tax and accounting business for 15 years with different roles.

Mr. Fabrizio Confalonieri and Andrea Vergani has experience within internal company’s administrative offices. Mr. Fabrizio Confalonieri experienced the role of Chief of the Financial Office of Italian Subsidiaries of multinational companies; Mr. Andrea Vergani experienced the role of Chief of the Reporting Activity in a big institution operating in the health business.

Mr. Alessandro Ruggeri operated for 6 years as back up and support of the customers of a software house whose clients were accounting firms, running meanwhile its own accounting firm.

Fabrizio Confalonieri is registered with the following Public Professional Organizations in Italy:

  • Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants of Monza – (O.D.C.E.C.) since March 2002;
  • Chartered Certified Auditors held by the Internal Ministry since 2009.

Andrea Vergani is registered at the Chartered Certified Auditors held by the Internal Ministry since 2005.

The Staff of the Company is about 10 people and they are specialized in the following areas:
