AHA Expertises & Conseils, Chartered Accountants and Certified Public Accountants, was founded 30 years ago, and today is comprised of 7 partners and 70 associates, who service approximately 3,000 clients in France and in Europe, as well as internationally. The firm is headquartered in Lyon, with branch offices located in Grenoble, Roanne, Tarare, and Charlieu.
AHA provides a wide variety of services, including statutory audit, statutory and group reporting (US, GAAP, IFRS, etc.), budgets and dashboards, tax compliancy, payroll and affiliate services. The firm also offers human resources management and transactional services, dematerialization and digital solutions, while its main focus is providing international advisory services.
President and Managing Partner, Cédric Allouard is proud that AHA boasts an expertise and provides services in international auditing to large international companies as well as in working with start-up companies. The firm works closely with its broad range of clients, to identify and work toward the specific goals and objectives of each new business, whether nationally, across Europe, or internationally.
