Press release by Alliott Group – FL Tax, one of Poland’s fastest growing tax advisory firms, has joined Alliott Group, a leading international association of accounting and law firms. While remaining fully independent, the firm now has access to the combined resources of 170 medium sized accounting and law firms in some 70 countries worldwide.
FL Tax, one of Poland’s Top 30 tax practices, has joined international association of independent accounting and law firms Alliott Group to add depth and breadth to the services available to its growing international client base.
Founded in 2011 by two former Big Four tax practitioners Pawel Falkowski and Kamil Lewandowski, FL Tax is a relatively new but highly ambitious and fast-growing firm that offers a wide range of tax advisory services to domestic and internationally focused companies and to high net worth individuals. The firm has 22 employees.
Falkowski, partner, comments: "Being located in Central Europe, many of our clients are regularly involved in cross border commercial matters that require access to professional advisers in many different jurisdictions. We are experiencing consistently high demand for our services and now Alliott Group membership will ensure that we have the increased capacity we need to serve our clients internationally. This arrangement works very well for us – we maintain our name and independence but will benefit from international resources, inward referrals into Poland and a bigger profile in our country."
The firm, which is registered with the Ministry of Finance and is a member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors, offers tax advisory and tax litigation services to a varied client base with interests in sectors that include: manufacturing, heavy industry, consumer goods, financial services, real estate and construction, technology and the public sector. Much of the firm’s tax practice is cross border focused and deals with M&A transactions, tax efficient planning and structuring, financing and profit distribution, direct and indirect taxes, as well as national and international tax compliance. Accounting services are provided via a sister company that cooperates closely with FL Tax.
