Press release by Grant Thornton – Grant Thornton Windward Islands has announced a merger with Patterson & Co, (formerly BDO) in St Vincent and the Grenadines, which has been providing quality services to business, NGO’s and the public sector for over 71 years.
Grant Thornton Windward Islands is the member firm for the four English-speaking countries that comprise the Windward Islands – Dominica, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada. The firm is ranked number one in the territory.
The deal was an opportunity for Grant Thornton to strengthen its already excellent position in the local market and help it grow further. The merger will bring 17 new people to the firm, including Patterson & Co managing partner Floyd Patterson, increasing the total number of Grant Thornton people to 56.
