New York based accounting and advisory firm PKF O’Connor Davies’s subsidiary, PKF Clear Thinking, has moved under the PKF O’Connor Davies name.

This transition took effect from 29 January 2025.

Part of PKF O’Connor Davies since 2021, PKF Clear Thinking has aided the firm’s growth in financial advisory, restructuring, bankruptcy advisory, process and performance improvement, and creditors’ rights services.

The move resulted in the rebranding of PKF Clear Thinking’s business lifecycle advisory solutions to “Turnaround and Restructuring Services” within PKF O’Connor Davies’ Strategy and Transaction Advisory practice.

PKF Clear Thinking CEO Stuart H. Kessler will now become senior advisor.

Partners Patrick Diercks and Joseph Marchese will assume leadership positions, with responsibility for managing the Turnaround and Restructuring Services practice.
