MindBridge has expanded its software platform with new AI tools, boosting financial supervision across corporate finance and audit departments.
The updates combine full-dataset analysis, explainable risk tracking and governed agentic workflows.

Among the new tools, the company is previewing Financial Close Oversight and Spend Integrity Oversight for corporate finance teams.
These features provide continuous monitoring within existing business systems, helping users move directly from identifying risks to investigating and addressing them under established controls.
For audit and assurance providers, MindBridge is extending its Augmented Assurance tooling into earlier planning phases through its Agentic Risk Assessment (ARA) capability.
ARA links evidence, analytics, assertions, materiality and methodology to assist with audit planning decisions, while connecting with workpaper applications and preserving auditor judgment.
It is also previewing the Analysis Designer Agent, an agent-guided tool to help users configure parameters for new datasets and objectives.
Users specify their analytical goals, and the agent assesses data suitability, suggests scoring models and builds the configuration under expert supervision.
Additionally, a Model Context Protocol server allows users to access MindBridge tools through compatible AI assistants.
This integration lets staff review results, investigate flagged risks and inspect underlying signals directly within external applications, governed by existing system permissions.

In August this year, MindBridge partnered with Fieldguide to help companies improve the quality of their audit processes.
