Russell Bedford International has entered into a cooperation agreement with the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International (TAGI) professional services and educational group.

The two organisations already have an agreement in place, however the updated version in said to enhance both groups’ capabilities in supporting international organisations, multilateral agencies, and national governments in their respective markets, and in together pursuing major new business and tender opportunities worldwide.

The terms of the agreement also allow TAGI, which has 73 offices and a leading market presence in Asia and Africa, to leverage Russell Bedford’s 120 member and correspondent firms and 280 offices in its key markets in Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.
TAGI chairman Abu-Ghazaleh said: "We have been delivering highly complex assignments in some of the world’s most challenging environments for more than 40 years. Russell Bedford’s experience in the emerging markets matches our own here – experience which makes them the ideal partner with whom to expand our services beyond the Arab World."

Russell Bedford International chairman Geoff said that a closer cooperation will allow both organizations to jointly exploit respective connections and skills, "to enlarge the auditing and consulting opportunities for both organisations, particularly in the aid-funded international development sector."
