RSM has added Finnish firm RSM Audit Sum to its network.

RSM Audit Sum was founded in 2011, has four offices in Finland serviced by three partners and 21 staff.

Insolvency and special audit work represent 60% of the firm’s fee income, transaction support services and accounting and advisory each represent 20% of the firm’s fee income. The firm said it expected a 30% growth in revenues for FY 2013.

RSM Audit Sum provides its services to insolvency practitioners, bank directors and venture capitalists. In audit the firm specialises in the retail, construction and transportation sectors.
