Wade Group is based in Burlington, Ontario, and has 5 partners and 30 staff that offer accounting, tax and consulting services.

MNP was ranked the seventh largest firm in Canada in the IAB 2013 Canada survey, and has already agreed to merge with another Ontarian firm, Laberge Venne & Partners, on 1 September 2013.
