EY’s acquisition of IZAZ becomes effective
EY’s acquisition in South Africa of IZAZ, a technology business solutions provider, has become effective.
The acquisition of the firm, announced in late July, had been approved by South Africa’s Competition Commission.
EY said the move builds on "the growth and development of its advisory and consulting capabilities". A year ago EY acquired 8th Man Consulting, an Oracle’s advisory business, also in South Africa.
IZAZI has 200 employees across offices in South Africa, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, according to EY.
