Deloitte US has acquired cyber security firm Vigilant.
Vigilant provides management and consultancy to businesses in order to help their detection of and response to cyber threats.
The acquisition broadens Deloitte’s risk advisory service, which is currently the biggest among the Big Four firms globally.
The newly formed company will be branded as Vigilant by Deloitte.
