Accounting, consulting, and wealth management firm Moss Adams has acquired assets from 360 Cloud Solutions to expand its NetSuite Implementation Services.
On 31 January 2025, the 360 Cloud Solutions and 360 Cloud Apps teams officially joined the firm, resulting in a greater concentration of accounting, consulting, and wealth management services from more than 4,750 professionals in 30-plus locations.
360 Cloud Solutions and 360 Cloud Apps CEO Rufus Lohmueller said: “At our core, 360 Cloud Solutions and 360 Cloud Apps support and develop products that add to a business’ growth.
“This acquisition by Moss Adams provides both 360 Cloud and Moss Adams clients with the resources and support to realise their full potential.”
As a NetSuite solution provider for more than two decades, 360 Cloud Solutions has provided clients services including system integrations, implementations, and custom development.
The addition of 360 Cloud App’s products, the 360 Cloud Subscription Billing and Salesforce CPQ connector, is expected to enhance Moss Adams’s existing NetSuite offerings.
The teams from 360 Cloud Solutions and 360 Cloud Apps will integrate into the firm’s technology consulting services division.

The firm’s expansion comes in the wake of them announcing the addition of ten new partners, further strengthening its capabilities in tax and assurance solutions.
