Assurance, tax, consulting, and advisory services provider Mauldin & Jenkins is set to expand its market presence into Greenville, South Carolina, through a merger with local CPA firm Bradshaw, Gordon & Clinkscales (BGC).

For more than 40 years, BGC has been serving clients in the upstate area, providing audit, tax, and business advisory services.

In a release, Mauldin & Jenkins said the offerings and clientele of BGC make it a “natural fit” with its service offerings and firm culture.

Upon the merger, effective 1 June 2025, the Greenville office will adopt the Mauldin & Jenkins brand.

The acquisition will bring seven new partners and 42 professionals to Mauldin & Jenkins.

BGC managing partner Peter Tiffany said: “We are thrilled to join forces with a firm that shares our commitment to client service, integrity, and long-term relationships.
