Andersen Global, which provides tax, wealth management and consulting services, has entered into a collaboration agreement with Ireland’s KTA Tax.
Dublin-based KTA Tax has been advising individuals and families on Irish tax matters since 1997. Its services include annual personal tax compliance, cross-border matters, employment tax, estate planning, investments and pensions, revenue interventions and transaction and tax planning.

In a brief statement, Andersen Global said the collaboration will expand its private client tax capabilities.
Andersen global chairman and CEO Mark L. Vorsatz said: “Private client work demands an understanding of more than the tax issue itself; it requires an appreciation of the business, family, investment and cross-border considerations surrounding each decision.
“KTA Tax brings that perspective to our collaboration, adding nearly three decades of experience advising individuals and families in Ireland.”
KTA Tax CEO Lisa Cantillon said: “We have remained focused on one thing: providing clear, thoughtful tax advice that reflects the individual circumstances of our clients and their families.
“Collaborating with Andersen Global is an important step for KTA Tax, giving us an opportunity to build on that foundation while extending the resources available to the clients we serve.”
The move comes after Andersen Global signed a similar collaboration agreement with Fidem Partners last month to strengthen its footprint in Argentina.
Fidem Partners offers advisory support on tax, compliance, and mergers and acquisitions, among others.
Andersen Global also added Andersen Société d’Avocats (Andersen in France) in September as a new member practice in France to strengthen the company’s operations in the region.
