Andersen Global, which provides tax, valuation and financial advisory services, has entered into a collaboration agreement with Fidem Partners to strengthen its footprint in Argentina.
Founded in 2011, Fidem Partners provides advisory support on tax, compliance and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). It also offers business process outsourcing services.

It works with companies in the energy, technology, financial services, agribusiness and consumer goods sectors. The company also has experience supporting subsidiaries of multinational companies operating in Argentina.

Earlier this month, Andersen Global added Andersen Société d’Avocats (Andersen in France) as a member practice in France.
