Andersen global chairman and CEO Mark L. Vorsatz said: “Our presence in France takes an important step forward with a team that understands both the local market and the increasingly international needs of today’s businesses.”
Based in Paris, Andersen in France provides legal services to clients in the country and overseas.
The company offers legal solutions covering corporate tax, international tax, transfer pricing, VAT and tax litigation issues.
Managing partners Benoît Dambre and François Morazin lead a team that also handles matters related to urban planning; real estate; intellectual property and privacy; sustainability and environmental, social and governance; EU law and sanctions; and other complex legal issues.
Vorsatz added: “Benoît and François bring the leadership and market perspective needed to further develop the firm, while their team’s broad legal capabilities will complement the work of our firms around the world.”
Andersen Société d’Avocat managing partner Benoît Dambre said: “We see legal advice as more than addressing immediate challenges; it should help clients make informed decisions and pursue opportunities with confidence.
“Becoming a member firm of Andersen Global allows us to combine that client-focused approach with broader international capabilities, while remaining committed to responsible solutions that create lasting value.”
Last month, Andersen appointed Tyler Caldwell as its new managing director within the state and local tax practice in the US.
Caldwell has more than two decades of experience in state and local tax planning, compliance, controversy and policy work.
