Kreston Global, a network of independent accounting firms, has launched a new member firm in Luanda, Angola to bolster its presence in Africa.  

The Angolan entity is a joint initiative with Kreston Mozambique and will be supervised by Dev Pydannah, the managing partner of Kreston Mozambique.

The firm will offer audit, advisory, and tax services, tapping into the global resources of Kreston to serve businesses operating in Angola. 

Pydannah said: “Angola presents important opportunities for our clients across sectors, and the establishment of our presence here reflects Kreston’s strategy to strengthen our African network.  

“We look forward to working closely with our clients in Angola, providing them with the trusted, relationship-led advisory and compliance services they need to succeed.” 

Additionally, the firm will focus on improving cooperation among Portuguese-speaking African economies, facilitating cross-border initiatives , the auditing firm said.
