Ryan has concluded the purchase of Swedish independent tax and transaction advisory practice Svalner Atlas Advisors for an undisclosed sum.
The deal was first announced in June this year.

The acquisition broadens Ryan’s operational footprint across the Nordic and Benelux markets.
According to Ryan, the transaction also bolsters its position as the largest company dedicated solely to business taxes.
Svalner Atlas Advisors advises more than 4,000 clients across five jurisdictions.
Its operations span seven office locations: Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Helsinki, Oslo, Stockholm and Turku.

With the completion of this deal, approximately 500 professionals from Svalner Atlas Advisors will move over to Ryan.
Ryan stated that its current priority is executing an orderly integration while maintaining continuity for existing personnel and account holders.
The company confirmed that Svalner Atlas Advisors clients will continue to work with their existing teams.
