RSM UK, a firm specialising in audit, tax, and consulting services, has announced new appointments to its Aberdeen office to support its regional and national “growth” objectives.
The recent hires include Robbie Simpson as audit director, Ciaran Fines as assistant tax manager, and Naeema Joji as assistant audit manager.
Additionally, Lisa Macpherson-Fletcher has joined as tax partner in the private client advisory team, serving both Aberdeen and Edinburgh offices.
With 15 years of experience, mostly gained at PwC, Simpson specialises in managing complex audit projects, guiding clients through compliance and assurance processes, the company said.
His career has focused on critical infrastructure sectors such as oil and gas, telecommunications, transportation, technology, and water.
In his role as audit director, Simpson will lead efforts to expand the Aberdeen office, building “long-term and valued relationships” with clients while delivering “high quality” statutory audit and assurance services, the firm added.
