US-based tax and accounting firm Prosperity Partners has acquired Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA), a boutique tax consulting firm based in Detroit, Michigan, for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition forms part of Prosperity Partners’ efforts to enhance its services.

Founded in 1983 by Harry Cendrowski, CCA provides a range of services including tax consulting, outsourced accounting, business valuation, family office services, dispute advisory, and forensic accounting.

Cendrowski said: “Prosperity Partners impressed us with their track-record of growth, breadth of resources, and deep focus on employee and client success.

“We believe that Prosperity is the right cultural and strategic fit for CCA and that our employees and clients will benefit from being part of this organisation.”

As part of the agreement, all employees from CCA’s Bloomfield Hills office will be integrated into Prosperity’s Employee Purpose Plan.
