It combines a risk-based audit methodology with embedded AI to support the development of agentic capabilities.

Alongside the DAS Suite, PKF O’Connor Davies uses Caseware Taxflow for tax preparation and Caseware IDEA for audit analytics, including full-population testing, anomaly detection and audit evidence.

According to Caseware, the DAS Suite provides an integrated, end-to-end audit platform.

It brings risk assessment, workpapers, financial reporting and related workflows together in a single secure, cloud-native system supported by unified engagement data.

The platform’s “intelligent checklists and unified engagement data” are designed to help audit teams work more consistently and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Caseware CEO David Marquis said: “As PKF O’Connor Davies looked to build a future-ready foundation, it chose DAS powered by Caseware Verity to meet the needs of a growing, forward-thinking practice.

“Our $100m investment in Caseware Verity means leading firms like PKF O’Connor Davies get a trusted, governed platform to develop AI-enabled workflows, sharpen efficiency and capture growth in the agentic era.”

CPA.com acted as the strategic implementation partner during the transition, supporting implementation planning, data migration, training and change management.

PKF O’Connor Davies CEO Kevin J. Keane said: “DAS stood out from other audit solutions because it was built by auditors, for auditors.

“We have had a direct hand in shaping the platform and, together with Caseware Verity, it is a key part of our tech-forward strategy and the continued modernisation of our audit approach.”

Additionally, PKF O’Connor Davies joined the Caseware Agentic Pioneer Program to create and deploy proprietary AI agents on Caseware’s governed platform.
