Accountancy and business advisory firm Cowgills has been selected by the Octagon Theatre in Bolton to serve as its auditor and business advisor.
This partnership was established through a competitive tender process.
Situated in the heart of Bolton town centre, the Octagon Theatre was reopened in May 2021 following a major redevelopment. It was established in the 1960s.
Cowgills partner Nilesh Modhvadia said: “We have wanted to work with the Octagon for a number of years, so when they approached us to take on the role of auditors and advisors, we were delighted to engage with them.
“Due to our position in the market, we are able to advise the Octagon on a number of initiatives to ensure they get the best out of their business in addition to providing robust auditing services.”
Octagon chief executive Roddy Gauld said: “We wanted to work with a local, sizeable firm who could not only provide auditing services but advice and support to ensure that we continue to grow and develop.”
