PKF Littlejohn Financial Services team head Cheryl Mason said: “Marc is widely respected for combining deep regulatory expertise with a commercial, pragmatic and proportionate approach.
“He helps firms navigate increasingly complex regulatory requirements in a way that is practical and aligned with their strategic, operational and compliance objectives – which is exactly what our clients value.
“His collaborative style and reputation for building strong relationships make him an excellent fit for both our clients and our team.”
The appointment aligns with PKF Littlejohn’s ongoing strategy to broaden its dedicated advisory offerings for financial services clients.
Mason added: “Regulation continues to be one of the most significant strategic considerations for firms operating in financial services.
“As expectations evolve and the rulebook becomes increasingly complex, firms face growing challenges in maintaining compliance while delivering their commercial objectives.
“The consequences of getting it wrong can be severe, making access to practical advice grounded in real regulatory experience more important than ever.
“Marc’s expertise will help clients respond confidently to regulatory change, manage risk effectively and build sustainable businesses that deliver strong outcomes for customers and regulators alike.”
In March, PKF Littlejohn Advisory UK promoted Stratford Hamilton and Oliver Collinge to partner roles.
