Nexia International has added member firms in Croatia and Yemen.
Croatian Kopun Group is based in the country’s capital Zagreb and was formerly a member of AGN International. The firm has 24 partners and staff offering audit, corporate finance, advisory and tax services.
Managing partner Dubravka Kopun said: “Nexia International focuses a lot of its energy on bringing its members together. We look forward to working with other member firms, and increasing our knowledge and international experience for the benefit of our Croatian clients.”
Yemen based Dr Abdul Salam Al Mikhlafi & Co has 13 partners and staff providing audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to the public and private sector.
Partner in-charge Dr Abdul Al Mikhlafi welcomed the move and added: “The Government of Yemen has recently released new legislation regarding the auditing of multinational companies and our membership of Nexia will help us with the opportunities this brings”.
