Alison Kitchen has been elected to replace Peter Nash at KPMG Australia becoming the first woman to chair a Big Four firm in Australia, effective 1 September.
Kitchen began her career with KPMG in the UK before moving to internal and external audit in Perth. Now based in Melbourne, she specialises in external audit, management and governance. Kitchen is an active member of Chief Executive Women, a network of women business leaders in Australia advocating on gender balance.
