Moore Kingston Smith, a UK-based advisory, tax and audit practice, has confirmed its merger with Moore South, bringing the two companies together within the Moore UK network.
Moore South is a 13-partner accountancy and business advisory practice with five offices across the south of England.

Its offices are located in Chichester, Guildford, the Isle of Wight, Salisbury and Southampton.
With a team of 92 people across its locations, Moore South serves a client base that includes owner-managed businesses (OMBs), entrepreneurs, individuals and larger organisations operating in the UK as well as in overseas markets.

Following completion of the deal, Moore South’s employees and partners will become part of a broader Moore Kingston Smith platform.
The combined group will comprise more than 120 partners and 1,600 employees across the UK and Ireland.
The companies said the merger will widen the advisory offering available to clients and provide easier access to specialist services across multiple regions.

In January, Moore Kingston Smith announced several senior-level hires and promotions across its UK offices.
