Mauldin & Jenkins, a US-based accounting and financial services provider, has announced a merger with Schmoyer and Company, expanding its presence in the Greater Columbia area of South Carolina.
Based in Columbia, Schmoyer and Company offers healthcare accounting, small-business advisory services, bookkeeping, tax planning and preparation, and traditional accounting and audit work.

These capabilities will enhance Mauldin & Jenkins’ existing activities in the region, particularly for closely held businesses and healthcare organisations.

Clients will continue working with their existing advisers, with the company’s Terry Schmoyer, Kathy Wine and Chris Controne joining Mauldin & Jenkins as partners.
To maintain continuity of service, Schmoyer and Company will keep operating from its current office at 1330 Lady Street.
