Private equity-backed corporate restructuring specialist Leonard Curtis has named Colin Mills as its director of data.

Mills joins Leonard Curtis with more than 20 years of experience directing data and AI programmes within the financial services, telecommunications and healthcare sectors.

He will oversee the company’s overarching data strategy, covering workforce, operational processes and technology infrastructure.

His remit includes advancing data architecture, expanding analytics and automation initiatives, strengthening in-house technical skills, and maintaining secure, resilient data management practices.

Over his career, Mills has managed enterprise cloud platform design, established global data divisions and deployed data frameworks linked to earnings and revenue generation.

His previous leadership responsibilities have included cloud transformation programmes, data governance frameworks and AI deployment projects.
