US-based international accounting and consulting company KNAV Advisory has added UK-based Aventus Partners, which has annual revenues of $5.3m, to its network.

This development follows KNAV’s 2024 international expansion activity, which included integrating Natarajan & Swaminathan in Singapore and HLG Netherlands.

KNAV Advisory, headquartered in Atlanta in the US state of Georgia, stated that the addition is part of its continued expansion through organic and strategic combinations.

Aventus comprises four partners and 27 professionals and provides services in audit and assurance, tax advisory, financial reporting and outsourced finance team operations.

KNAV Advisory CEO Nishta Sharma stated: “This is a major milestone for KNAV’s UK operations.

“It re-inforces our commitment to a unified, integrated model that delivers exceptional value to global clients.”
