The academy will offer leadership insights, sessions from speakers, and development initiatives.

The academy curriculum addresses current priorities for today’s leaders, including inclusive leadership, managing organisational change, strategic decision-making, operational effectiveness, sustainability, and Net Zero considerations.

Among the programmes offered by the academy are a Level 5 Women in Leadership course tailored for senior female leaders, a Level 3 Women in Leadership option for female managers, and Excelling in Team Leadership at Level 3.

Excelling in Operational Management at Level 5, a Level 6 Leadership Catalyst programme, and a Level 3 Future Ready graduate initiative are also included.
