This new academy combines Raise the Bar’s expertise in training with Grant Thornton’s experience in commercial advisory.

The academy will offer leadership insights, sessions from speakers, and development initiatives.

By GlobalDataThe academy curriculum addresses current priorities for today’s leaders, including inclusive leadership, managing organisational change, strategic decision-making, operational effectiveness, sustainability, and Net Zero considerations.
Among the programmes offered by the academy are a Level 5 Women in Leadership course tailored for senior female leaders, a Level 3 Women in Leadership option for female managers, and Excelling in Team Leadership at Level 3.
Excelling in Operational Management at Level 5, a Level 6 Leadership Catalyst programme, and a Level 3 Future Ready graduate initiative are also included.
