The Gerald Edelman Corporate Finance team has received three awards at the South East Dealmakers Awards 2025.
The team’s achievements include Deal of the Year for offering advice to Medical Imaging Systems shareholders on its investment from H2 Equity Partners, as well as Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year.
In addition, Nick Wallis, a Partner in Gerald Edelman’s Corporate Finance team, secured individual accolade as Dealmaker of the Year.
Gerald Edelman noted that the triple award win underscores the team’s expertise and its “leadership” throughout the region.
With 24 members, the team is said to have advised on more than 30 successful transactions last year, logging revenue growth of over 150% and managing deals worth more than £350m ($440m).
The team’s services include sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, due diligence, and business valuations.
In 2025, Gerald Edelman’s Corporate Finance team has already closed three “major” deals so far.
