ETL Global has announced that Fideco Global Business Services has joined its network in Mauritius.
In a short statement, the professional services network said the move gives ETL Global a “point of contact” in the country.

“The firm has maintained a successful long-term collaboration with ETL Global through its partner organisation Premier International Associates, and their formal inclusion marks the next chapter in this enduring partnership,” the statement added.
Fideco Global Business Services was established in 1993 by Ismael Bahemia and has since built a practice offering global business and corporate administration services.
The firm supports international clients with company formation and corporate administration. It also advises on trusteeship, accounting and tax matters. In addition, its work includes Freeport entities, property investment schemes, expatriate permits and outsourced business functions.
Operations are now led by Hasina Bahemia.
ETL Global said Fideco’s role as a Mauritius contact point is expected to help clients access local knowledge when entering the market and managing activities in the country.
Separately, ETL Global also confirmed the development in a LinkedIn post.
In a comment on the post, Fideco Global Business Services said: “We are delighted to officially join the ETL Global network in Mauritius.
“This marks a very special new chapter for Fideco. We are grateful for the warm welcome and look forward to strengthening our collaboration and building meaningful connections across the ETL Global network.”
The Mauritius move follows a separate expansion by ETL Global in central Germany, where the network recently added ETL H&P Thüringen to its member firms.
