Clive Owen’s consulting team works with businesses on finance system and enterprise resource planning implementations, outsourced finance director and board-level support, business process change, and improved reporting and financial insight.

These services sit alongside the business’ established accountancy, advisory, audit and tax work.

The company said Allan’s appointment underlines its commitment to delivering a “comprehensive advisory service” that combines technical capability, commercial understanding and practical implementation.

Haywood said: “Nathan’s appointment reflects our ambition to continue evolving the way we support our clients.

“His experience across both Big Four practice and industry brings a breadth of commercial and technical insight that will be invaluable as we continue to grow our Consulting offering.

“We are seeing increasing demand from organisations looking for flexible access to experienced consultants rather than building these capabilities in-house.

“By continuing to invest in talented people like Nathan, the firm is well positioned to meet that demand while maintaining the high-quality, partner-led service our clients expect.”

Allan worked as an auditor at a Big Four accountancy practice.

He later moved into industry, where he qualified as an accountant and broadened his experience in management accounting and commercial finance.

Allan said: “I am delighted to be joining Clive Owen at such an exciting time for our Consulting offering.

“The firm has built an excellent reputation for delivering trusted advice, and it is clear there is significant ambition to grow the consulting offering even further.

“Working alongside Brad and the wider advisory team gives us a fantastic opportunity to help businesses embrace change, improve performance and make confident decisions for the future.

“I believe my Big Four experience and industry background will serve the team well, and I am looking forward to supporting clients as we continue to expand.”
