UK accountancy and business advisory practice Azets has appointed two senior directors to its debt advisory division.
Matt Garside has taken up the position of director for Scotland, alongside Lyle Ammon, who assumes the same role for the South region.

The new posts expand the accountancy and business advisory practice’s specialist debt team to ten professionals.
In a statement, Azets said: “The expansion of the team further enhances Azets’ ability to support businesses across the UK with specialist, independent funding advice, backed by an extensive network of lenders and funding providers.
“This enables clients to secure the right funding solutions to support growth, investment and long-term resilience.”
The practice assists organisations in optimising working capital, assessing existing capital structures, and securing debt packages to provide operational liquidity and facilitate expansion.

Last month, Azets appointed Simon Prior as tax director for Devon and Cornwall.
In July, the company picked Jessica Lawrence, an Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales-qualified chartered accountant, as office managing partner in Leeds.
