Rotherham-based accountancy practice Parkins has merged with SMH Group, a professional services company with offices across Yorkshire and Derbyshire in the UK.
Parkins works with businesses and individuals in Rotherham and across South Yorkshire.

As agreed, the business will now operate under the name SMH Parkins and continue serving clients from its Wickersley office with its existing team.
The merger give Parkins access to wider expertise and specialist services available across SMH Group, including commercial finance, corporate finance, financial services, residential mortgages, and wills and probate.
There will be no impact on Parkins’ clients, and their day-to-day relationships, usual contacts and service delivery will continue to remain the same as a result of the move.
