Abacus Worldwide, an international alliance of independent accounting, consulting and legal companies, has expanded its network with the addition of Indian accounting advisory business Finactro.
Headquartered in Bangalore, Finactro operates as an accounting advisory and finance outsourcing practice. It was established by former ‘Big Four’ professionals.

Finactro supports organisations in decentralising their finance functions by building dedicated offshore finance teams. It also provides accounting and reporting advisory services.
Abacus Worldwide COO Jessica L. Levin said: “Finactro brings a distinctive perspective to our association through its expertise in finance outsourcing and offshore delivery models – capabilities that are increasingly important to businesses operating across borders.
“Their presence also expands our reach into southern India, strengthening our ability to connect members with trusted expertise across one of the country’s most dynamic business regions while creating new opportunities for collaboration throughout the association.”
This addition follows Abacus Worldwide’s recent growth streak.
Last month, the company expanded its network with the addition of New Zealand-based practice Forbes Chartered Accountants.
For Abacus Worldwide, Forbes Chartered Accountants was its first member company in New Zealand. The Auckland-based company joined the organisation under the Abacus One category, which is designed for solo practitioners seeking to scale their practices.
In May, Abacus added Tanzanian accounting practice Enson Africa to its network.
Enson Africa serves small, medium and large enterprises operating both locally and globally.
The association also added Albania-based technology-led consultancy Q-Lever to its network this year.
