UK-based audit, tax, advisory and consulting practice Crowe has named George Lawford and Kyle Patel as partners within its corporate finance and global business solutions practices.
The promotions became effective on 1 October.

Lawford, who joined the company in 2013, has worked in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory for more than 13 years, focusing on financial due diligence and cross-border transactions.
He provides counsel to both owner-managed businesses and domestic and international listed enterprises on transactions, debt and equity financing.
Patel also joined Crowe in 2013 and has accumulated more than 17 years of experience within the accountancy profession.
His work centres on international outsourcing and guiding organisations through the process of entering and operating in foreign markets.
His remit includes advising on corporate operating structures and delivering ongoing outsourced services across accounting, human resources, payroll, regulatory compliance, tax and treasury.
Patel works with clients across various sectors, with a particular focus on fast-growing technology enterprises.
These promotions follow the appointment of Adam Rollason in corporate tax, Mark Dyer in VAT, customs and international trade, and Bhavin Bharakda in consulting.
