Crowe has appointed Adam Rollason as a partner in its national Tax team. The appointment became effective on 1 July.

In a statement, Crowe said the move will support “enhancing the firm’s corporate tax advisory capabilities”.

Rollason will also lead Crowe’s office in Birmingham, UK.

Rollason said: “I am delighted to be joining Crowe at what is an incredibly exciting time for the firm. Businesses continue to operate in a complex and evolving economic environment, but demand for high-quality transactional tax advice remains strong, particularly among growth-focused businesses seeking to adapt and respond to changing conditions.

“I also look forward to leading the Birmingham office as we continue our growth journey and further expand our offering to businesses across the region.”

Rollason has more than 20 years’ experience in the accountancy profession. His background includes transactional tax advisory, with a focus on owner-managed businesses and their shareholders.

His client base includes family businesses, entrepreneurs, individuals, management teams and Employee Ownership Trust trustees.

Crowe said Rollason will be based at its office at One Colmore Row in Birmingham, where he will focus on strengthening the company’s wider advisory capabilities in the local market and supporting growth opportunities.

The announcement comes after the company named Mitesh Patelia as Crowe UK CEO. The appointment also became effective on 1 July.
