HaysMac has selected Gary De Souza as director in its media, marketing and advertising (MM&A) sector team.

De Souza will be responsible for growing the MM&A team, developing client relationships, and broadening services for media, marketing and advertising businesses.

De Souza joins HaysMac from Moore Kingston Smith, where he spent more than a decade advising media, marketing and creative companies across the UK.

Since 2016, he has worked in a dedicated media team, supporting start-ups, established businesses and international groups.

De Souza’s client base has included independent agencies, production companies and expanding media businesses, as well as international creative practices setting up operations in the UK.
