Deloitte Romania has announced the elevation of three of its senior professionals to director roles within the company.
Laura Bobar has been promoted to the position of tax director, Alexandru Nae to advisory director, and Florin Dumitrescu to audit and assurance director.

Laura Bobar, with a 15-year tenure in the tax field, has been a contributor to the development of Deloitte Romania’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax practice.
Her work has been crucial in guiding clients through complex tax-related phases of M&A projects, from due diligence to transaction assistance and structuring, the accounting firm said.
Her experience includes working with a diverse range of companies and an international secondment in Slovakia.
She is affiliated with the ACCA and the Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants.

By GlobalDataAlexandru Nae, who joined Deloitte in 2018, has a background of over a decade in forensic services.
Nae led the creation of Deloitte’s European whistleblowing managed service and coordinates the Know Your Partner (KYP) services within Central Europe.
He is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE).
With 14 years of experience in auditing, Florin Dumitrescu has been involved in significant capital market initiatives, including IPOs and bond issuances.
His expertise in financial reporting standards has been valuable to both public and private sector clients.
Dumitrescu is part of the teams responsible for deploying Deloitte’s audit platform in Central Europe and holds memberships in ASPAAS, CAFR, and CECCAR.
