Deloitte has rolled out new Artificial Intelligence (AI) functionalities within its Omnia Audit and Assurance platform.
The accounting giant said that these new features are designed to address the complexities of the evolving business landscape and to support client needs.

The updated capabilities include a better documentation review, intuitive navigation of financial statements, streamlined data extraction, enhanced drafting processes, improved research tools, and proactive risk management strategies.

By GlobalDataIn addition to this, Deloitte is incorporating intelligent agent technology into the Omnia platform. These AI agents are designed to perform specific tasks, retain relevant information, and work collaboratively within a network of agents.
The development of these AI features adheres to Deloitte’s Trustworthy AI framework, which emphasises governance, compliance, and quality assurance throughout the AI lifecycle.
Since its launch in 2015, the Omnia platform has been regularly updated to incorporate new technologies to provide a customised audit experience.
The organisation’s GenAI chatbot has processed more than three million prompts in its first year of operation.
