Ruff & Associés:
Ruff & Associés was founded in 1976 by Gérard Ruff, in the city of Nice where it remains headquartered today, with branch offices located over the Riviera in Mouans-Sartoux, and Le Cannet Des Maures. The firm is comprised of 6 chartered accountant partners, who are supported by 45 highly-qualified professionals: accountants, auditors, experts in employment and tax law, and legal advisors who are there to advise and assist clients in all their endeavours.

CTN France:
CTN France was founded in 1929 with the company name of Comptanor, and was responsible for keeping the accounts of a client base of traders and craftsmen. In 1982, Comptanor became chartered accountants, and in 1985, it became an auditorship. The firm changed its name to CTN France in 2004. Today, CTN France is comprised of 10 partners and 100 professionals. Its main office, located in Lille, houses its international team. Two branch offices are located in the cities of Maubeuge and Bergues, both in the north of France (Hauts de France).
The firm provides global services, such as audit, mergers and acquisition, tax and legal assistance, accounting, social compliance, and payroll and IT dedicated to finance to a wide range of clients, from small starting businesses to very large companies (up to 1,000 million euro turnover), and is particularly involved in industrial services and commercial sectors, as well as many not-for-profit entities.

Firm President, Manuel Ibanez, founded the firm, which was then called Fiprovex, in 1981 in Marseille. Today, ORIGA Group is one of the biggest audit firms in the south east of France. The firm maintains its home office in Marseille, and has branch offices in Paris and Avignon. The firm is comprised of 6 partners, a global staff of 45, and provides services to more than 1500 businesses.
To best meet their clients’ needs, ORIGA has divided the firm into specialized teams, focusing on their three areas of expertise: Audit, Tax and Consulting. While the firm deals primarily in the region of Provence Cote d’Azur, the Paris office also provides an international access.
