RSM Tenon has appointed David Jeffcoat as the
firm’s non-executive director and audit committee chairman.
RSM Tenon said Jeffcoat is an experienced
non-executive director and audit committee chairman. Currently he
is the audit committee chairman of Aberforth Smaller Companies
Trust, and WYG, a global management and technology consultancy.

Previously Jeffcoat spent nine year as finance
director of aerospace and defence electronics manufacturing group
Ultra Electronics Holdings.
RSM Tenon chairman Tim Ingram said Jeffcoat’s
expertise and insight will help achieve the major objectives of the
firm in restoring profitability and growth.
RSM Tenon has undergone a troubled period and
at the end of February announced plans to cut 10% of staff and
merge offices to help it recover from a 9.3% drop in revenues to
£107.8m in the six months to 31 December 2011.
