Press release by PKF International – PKF International Limited has strengthened its South African footprint with the admission of PKF Constantia Valley Cape Town Inc and PKF Saldanha Inc as member firms effective 1 March 2016.
PKF Constantia Valley, formerly Alliott Andersen Nell Inc, is an independent five-partner firm with a 21-year pedigree, while PKF Saldanha is a well-established independent firm servicing the West Coast. These additions expand the PKF network’s presence further in South Africa following admissions of several firms in Johannesburg, Tyger Valley and Knysna over the past couple of years, adding to its membership in Durban, Port Elizabeth and Welkom.
PKF South Africa Chairman, Kevin Gertenbach, said: "The PKF network is careful to ensure that new member firms closely match our needs, in essence seeking, experienced, dynamic firms with an entrepreneurial culture and a solid reputation in the market. We now have a significant national presence. Cape Town and the West Coast are important economic sectors for us to be represented in, and we have a client base of substantial companies that require national representation. The two new member firms have further consolidated the PKF network’s Top-10 status in South Africa, and in many of our markets we are a top-three player."
