Xeinadin, a professional services company in the UK and Ireland, has acquired three Haines Watts offices in Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Hessle, UK.
The move is set to bolster Xeinadin’s presence in the Yorkshire and the Humber region.
With the acquisition, Xeinadin expects to strengthen its business advice to SMEs in the local area.

A Xeinadin survey, which included 1,000 SMEs across the UK, revealed that 84% of small business owners in Yorkshire and Humber consult with their accountant at least once a month.

The new branches will collectively be known as the Xeinadin Humber offices.

The acquisition of the Haines Watts offices follows Xeinadin’s recent additions of Clay Shaw Thomas and Jones Harris, bringing their total acquisitions to 27 over the past two years.
Employing more than 2,000 people, Xeinadin is engaged in providing services including accounting, audit, tax, advisory and business.
