TC Group Business Advisors & Accountants has appointed Jennie Brown as director and head of tax advisory.
The appointment adds to the company’s senior tax leadership and broadens its advisory capacity in personal and commercial tax matters.

Brown will be based in TC Group’s office in Northampton, UK.
She brings more than 20 years of experience across a wide range of tax advisory work.
Her role will include supporting the company’s corporate advisory offering. She will advise business owners and organisations on group restructures, succession planning, exit strategies, transaction support and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT).
She will also provide advice on trusts, inheritance tax (IHT) and tax issues linked to wealth planning, the company said.

Brown holds both Association of Taxation Technicians and chartered tax adviser qualifications. She also recently completed the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation.
Her advisory work covers corporate and group restructuring, business succession, management buyouts, employee ownership trusts and transaction advisory, as well as SDLT, shareholder and owner-manager tax planning, international tax, trusts and family wealth planning, and IHT planning with long-term asset protection.
